INDEPENDENT DEVELOPER / PUERTO RICO

JGRVERSE — PERSONAL WORKSPACE

Jonathan Gonzalez.

I’m an independent developer working with code, practical automation and programming education. This is where those interests come together.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Inside my workspace

Three ways I work with technology. Select a piece to explore.

One independent developer.

Programming · Automation · Education

01 / FOCUS

From an idea
to something useful.

01

Development

Purpose-built scripts, small tools and integrations for a clearly defined task. The starting point is what the software needs to do and how we will check it.

  • Utility scripts
  • Data handling
  • API integrations
02

Automation

Connect repeatable steps in request tracking, data cleanup, reporting and document organization. Keep exceptions visible and human decisions where they belong.

  • n8n workflows
  • Recurring reports
  • Review queues
03

Programming education

JGRVERSE Academy is my education project: introductory programming courses, guided practice and automatic assessments. A place to build understanding one step at a time.

  • Start from zero
  • Practice inside Moodle
  • Automatic feedback
02 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

Hello,
I’m Jonathan.

I’m Jonathan Gonzalez, an independent developer based in Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Programming is at the center of my work: understanding a problem, writing clear instructions and checking the result.

Through JGRVERSE, I bring together small development projects, workflow automation and my programming education project, JGRVERSE Academy. You work directly with me, with the scope agreed before work begins.

HOW WE WOULD WORK TOGETHER

A defined task.
A result we can check.

  1. 01

    Define the task

Agree on the inputs, expected result, access and limits before building.

  2. 02

    Build a working example

Use sample data to test the normal path, mistakes and failure cases.

  3. 03

    Explain the handover

Document how to use it, check its output and pause it when needed.

03 / CONTINUING THE PRACTICE

Technical foundations.

Training that informs how I approach code, systems and data.

CompTIA A+

Hardware, operating systems, networks and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

CompTIA AutoOps+

Scripting, validation and repeatable processes to reduce manual work.

Database Fundamentals

Tables, relationships and queries to understand and organize information.

04 / DIRECT CONTACT

Have a task
or an idea in mind?

Tell me what you’re trying to build or improve, the tools involved and the result you need. We can start by defining a practical scope.
